The basic studio range includes the following:

Cladding: Colorsteel Endura 0.4mm
Base: H4 4×2 bearers, custom built for your site (Includes flat sites, ask for pricing on slopes)
Floor: H3 18mm Plywood floor
Roofline: Gable or Lean-to (single slope) options
Window: 1 x opening joinery window 700 x 700mm or other sizes available
Door Entry: 1 x Ranchslider w) 1300mm or 1800mm
Timber Framing: Full internal framing included
Paper & netting: Included in ceiling
Gutters: Included with optional end caps & Marley dropper for easy connection to downpipes.
External Height: 2300mm
Installation: Included on flat sites, delivery charges apply, ask us today for pricing to your area.

Optional Addons:
Lights & Fittings – upgrade packages available for power points & lights by a registered electrician
Wall lining: Options for plywood lining
Extra height: Increase the height by +100mm, to a max 2400mm externally

Colours

We have a great range of NZ Colorsteel colours to choose from for the walls (cladding), roof and trim. We use the same colour for the walls as the roof but customers can select a different roof colour if necessary.
